Real Estate Market Analysis by Zip Code

I am convinced that timely and accurate information is the cornerstone to achieve a successful real estate transaction, it does not matter if you are a seasoned investor or a first-time buyer, a seller or someone managing your real estate investment.

This is the first of weekly reports targeted by zip codes within the Southwest area of Miami Dade.

The report will include all available up-to-date data of different market activities in the Real Estate Marketplace. This type of on-call information was only available to big investors with a staff to follow the market.

The posting features selected zip codes and we hope to expand according to reader's needs

We selected the specific zip codes in the area based on amount of market activity (Request a Zip Code)

Here is the data to expect:
  • 1.       #BEDS                 Number of Bedrooms
  • 2.       #FB                       Number of Full Bathrooms
  • 3.       LA                        Living Area
  • 4.       LP$                       Listing Price
  • 5.       LP$/SqFt             Listed Price as SQ.FT.
  • 6.       SP$                       Sold Price
  • 7.       SP$/SqFt              Sold Price as SQ.FT.
  • 8.       DOM                    Days on the Market
  • 9.       SP$/LP$               % of Listed Price to Sold Price

Here are 3 smart moves every first-time homebuyer should know right now. Always get pre-approved before you start looking at homes online. Factor in things like property taxes and home insurance into your budget. And be sure to get an inspection, so you’re not caught off guard by costly repairs. While they may sound simple, these tips matter. And if you haven’t bought a house before, you may not realize just how important they are. Do you want more advice to make this process easier?
