La última edición del Realtors Confidence Index de NAR arroja algo de luz sobre la relación entre el tránsito del vendedor (el suministro) y el tránsito del comprador (la demanda). Hasta que la oferta de las viviendas para la venta comience a satisfacer la demanda de los compradores los precios seguirán aumentando.
