The Good, the Bad and the Ugly of the Real Estate Market for May 11 2020.

The real estate market is going through a period of uncertainty  and as I talk to more people they all seem to have questions about the estate of the market, now and what is going to happen in the foreseeable future.
I’ve said this for over 16 years, the heart and soul  of my practice is doing or saying what my competitors are unwilling to say or unable to do and that is the difference.
When ever I have the opportunity to respond (in person) to the uncertainty  and try to explain without pulling punches nor sugar coating the issues. But I found that the best way is to let the market speak and respond to those questions.
Questions like...
Are there any transactions being done now?
Is this a good time to sell?
Are prices still going up?
Are prices expected to drop?
Should I buy now, or wait?
Can I still get a mortgage?
How difficult is to get a mortgage now?
Can I see houses on the market now?
How are title closings done?

It is easy to see that many questions, that for the most part  remains unanswered, or at least with a factual honest response without veiled intentions.
I decided to post on a daily basis, actual and documented real data straight from the MLS service, all the transaction, the good the bad and the ugly for the prior day.
