FHFA Foreclosure-Eviction Moratorium Extended to Aug. 31: A homeowner with a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac-backed mortgage cannot be foreclosed or evicted until Aug. 31 – a two-month extension from the existing June 30 deadline.
