Seller Demands Before Showings: How Much is Too Much?

ICYMI: A seller gave explicit instructions to the listing office: No showings unless the buyer supplies proof of funds first. But the buyer’s agent doesn’t want to disclose that kind of personal info just to see a home. Does he have to do it anyway?
