What I Hear in the Market

🗣️ What I Hear in the Market “I think what’s happening is this...” I'm noticing a pattern with buyers right now. We’re touring house after house... and none of them feel quite right. Eventually, the buyer gets frustrated and thinks, “There’s just nothing out there for me.” So they stop. They either press pause — or worse, walk away altogether. But here’s the truth: 🚫 It’s not always the market that’s the problem. ✅ It’s often clarity. Before any showing, I recommend buyers sit down at home and get honest — with themselves and with each other. What do they really need? What matters most to every person living in that house? It’s easy to say “3 beds, 2 baths, garage,” but that doesn’t tell the full story. ➡️ Is that garage meant to be a gym? A hobby space? Storage? ➡️ Do the kids need their own bathroom because of the morning rush? ➡️ Is there flexibility in layout, or is a fourth bedroom really a must? The deeper the clarity, the better I can help find real solutions — even if that means creative compromises within budget. Here’s the bottom line: Just like you wouldn’t go shopping for a Corvette at a Toyota dealership... 🎯 You’ve got to know what you want before you go out looking. Only then can we match your goals with what’s out there — and avoid burnout. The market may shift again soon. Let’s make sure you’re ready before it does.
