FinCEN Again Renews Real Estate Rule Requiring Title Companies to Reveal Buyer IDs: More to Come?


The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network announced the renewal of its Geographic Targeting Orders requiring disclosure of the identities of individuals in LLCs buying real estate for cash in 12 cities. There are proposals in Congress to extend the law nationwide.Read more>>
