Julio Iglesias intentará, nuevamente, vender sus propiedades en Indian Creek Village. Esta vez va con una estrategia diferente. El cantante y compositor español enumeró una porción de su propiedad frente al mar en la isla de Miami Beach el viernes por $ 31.8 millones.
La propiedad vacía de dos acres está orientada al oeste hacia la Bahía de Biscayne. Iglesias compró el lote por $ 22 millones en 2014. El lote de 80,000 pies cuadrados en 4 Indian Creek Island Rd. es el cuarto de un total de cuatro espacios costeros vacíos que Iglesias enumeró en 2017 por un total de $ 150 millones. Los lotes totalizaron aproximadamente ocho acres.
