Julio Iglesias lists his empty Indian Creek Village lot for $31.8M

Julio Iglesias will try, again, to sell his properties on Indian Creek Village.
This time he’s going with a different strategy.
The Spanish singer and songwriter listed a slice of his waterfront property on the Miami Beach island on Friday for $31.8 million. The empty, two-acre property faces west towards Biscayne Bay. Iglesias bought the lot for $22 million in 2014.
The 80,000-square-foot lot at 4 Indian Creek Island Rd. is the fourth of a total four empty waterfront spaces Iglesias listed in 2017 for a total $150 million. The lots totaled approximately eight acres.
